Nah, if it goes to trial, the truth will be aired out publicly.

By rushing the process and pleading guilty, Which is more believeable.

1. There's doubt Harris can win the presidental race

2. If elected, There's doubt Harris would pardon Hunter

3. Pleading guilty makes further investigations unlikely.
