The  GOP recently released it's report on Biden's bungled withdrawal from Afghanistan.
The report states that Biden was adamant that the withdrawals take place and he refused warnings and advice from
all sides and ordered the withdrawal.
They can document $30 million flowing into Biden family accounts from foreign sources during Biden's VP term.
I think the sources of that $$$ ordered the withdrawal and threatened Biden with exposure if he did not do it.

Biden's bungled withdrawal from Afghanistan.

The sad thing is, if he would have stuck to the agreement that Trump had in place it would have went smoothly, prevented 13 military deaths, and wouldn't have left 85 billion in military equipment behind to arm the taliban.

He knew that. Everyone knew that.
Then, when the bodies were flown back to DC, PedoJoe was there but was more worried about looking at his watch than paying tribute to the 13 people he killed. Was Heels Up Harris even there for that?
