An amazing illtelegence coup

Hezbollah pagers all over Lebanon are exploding via remote control.
Over 1200 Hezbollah fighters wounded or killed.
Fuck with Mossad at your peril.
I would not want to work for the pagers company that sold Hezbollah those pagers.

I fully believe that the only reason there is instability in the middle east is because of America and the EU interfering. If we let Israel handle their business as they see fit the world would much safer.

This made me smile.
Maybe I'm an asshole but I still hold a grudge for the Marine Barracks bombing in 1983 which killed
280 Marines, airmen and soldiers.

Genius.
Convince the militants that they can trace cell phone traffic, get them to buy pagers. Make the pagers go bang, cuz in this day & age it would be very unusual for a regular civilian would have a pager, they all have phones. And yes, I do realize they can trace cell phones, however filtering out the cell phones that are used by militants vs the ones used by civilians would be extremely tough. They filtered themselves.

The Times of Israel

I think this is as close to the truth as we'll ever get.

Amjad Taha, a political strategist and analyst from the UAE, wrote:

"You dared to strike at a wise and courageous people on October 7th—committing genocide, kidnapping their children, and violating their women. You thought they would fall, but they rose again. After 11 months, they returned to correct what briefly slipped—their intelligence. Now, they will send you back 1,000 years, to an era without technology, where a ringing phone feels like a death sentence and a beep is a nightmare. You will be haunted by your own shadow, too afraid to use any technology, cut off from the advanced world.

They will defeat you—not with bullets or tanks, but with the unbreakable will of brave and intelligent people. Over a simple cup of coffee, with a decisive click, they will seal your fate and that of anyone who dares to harm their children. This is a nation the world respects.

Lebanon—Hezbollah's beeper attacks and today's V82 strike aren't just military victories; they represent a triumph for the Middle East over radicalism—a victory not just for Israel, but for all who stand against terror."

Robert Stethem

QuoteOn the return flight, TWA-847 with 153 passengers was hijacked by Hezbollah terrorists and forced to fly to Algiers where they demanded the release of 435 Arab prisoners held by Israel.  When the terrorists' demands were not met they forced the airplane to fly to Beirut, Lebanon.  Here their demands for fuel were also refused.  The passengers' passports were collected and when Steel Worker Second Class Stethem was identified as a U.S. sailor he was bound with rope and beaten in an attempt to force him to scream into a transmitter so that the tower would send fuel.  However, Stethem steadfastly refused to cry out as he was beaten and tortured for several hours.  Not a cry was heard to come from him as he endured the beating.  Instead he chose to remain silent and endure the beatings because he knew that the only way a rescue attempt could be conducted was if the aircraft remained on the ground.  Ultimately, because of his silence, he was shot in the head by an enraged terrorist who dumped Stethem's body out a door onto the tarmac.  His face and body was so badly mangled that he could only be identified by his fingerprints.  The pilot was later asked about his impression of Stethem and he replied simply, "He was the bravest man I've ever seen in my life."  For 17-days the hijackers kept the passengers hostage before giving in and releasing them.

Never forget what Hezbollah is.

I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.
