At this point it doesn't much matter what Biden rambles on about.

Kamala Harris and the rest of the Democrats lied right to our faces about his mental decline until they came to the conclusion that he couldn't beat Trump, then they kicked him to the curb.

Now if he says something negative about them, they just chalk it up to his mental decline, as you would with any other senile old man.

They were not held accountable for covering up his obvious senility, so they really don't give a shit what he says now.

There has been a summary of the bill available since 2022ish that anyone could read if they were interested.

There has been a summary of the bill available since 2022ish that anyone could read if they were interested. 

Same with the supposed border security bill the Senate tried to push through under the guise of actual border security.

Problem is they stuffed full of EXTRAS that have nothing whatsoever to do with, ya know, actual border security.

They included ANOTHER $60 billion for Ukraine, and another $14 billion for Israel, along with some humanitarian aid, for almost a whopping $90 billion EXTRA, that again, was NOT AT ALL for border security.

It's the oldest game in politics, and both sides do it.
Propose a bill, stuff it full of pork to be sure the other side will oppose it, then publicly criticize the other side for opposing it.

If they only included the humanitarian aid, it probably would have passed.
But as usual, they got greedy.

That's the problem with these huge omnibus spending bills.
In fact, it is the reason Kevin McCarthy was booted out as Speaker of the House by the Republicans.

If you want a bill for more funding for Ukraine and Israel, submit one FOR THAT, and let the members vote.
But that's not the way they do things in the DC swamp.
