I haven't seen him acting like a douche in any of his exchanges so I have to give him some credit for that.  He hasn't called anyone an idiot or anything yet.

The only info I ever see of him on reddit is in the form of a meme making fun of him. 

I hardly knew who he was other than that.  Is he popular on the right? 

The only thing I don't care for is that his approach to debate always comes from a religious angle. I'm not religious so he's not someone I would pay a lot of attention to. I do appreciate that he tries to remain polite during his discussions. That's pretty rare these days.

I have seen one video of him going off in Chenk Youger in a selectively edited video posted by TYT but no before or after context typical of them.

Let me guess, he makes money from doing that stuff? If so, I understand why he's trying to do it too. There's easy money to be had by giving the radical right red meat to sate their appetite for confirmation.

I think he's got some empathy for those who are willing to step up to the mic in such a public setting. Some people would rather die than speak in public.
