That's something that just isn't going to happen in 4 years time, but he had all of the necessary plans in place. Pedojoe removed all of them as soon as he got into office, because he had to make good on the bribes he took.
But then the chinavirus hit and more spending was done. Hence why the last year he was in office if rose 4 trillion.
Other than that, '16-'19 from 19.5 to 22.7 ain't bad.
Now your current potus..... he just prints money like it's free! He went from 26T to now almost 36T.
And how about that "inflation reduction act"?  It's now 4 trillion more than when that act was introduced.
