But you're missing the point. The left wing media is the bulk of the media. They are suppressing true stories, because the stories are not beneficial to their political agenda. How do you fight against that suppression and refusal to cover true stories? Trump has found a way and they can't help but take the bait. It is masterful media manipulation.

When I first heard about it, I asked my father-in-law, who only get's his news from CNN if had heard about that story in Aurora. He hadn't. And he didn't believe it, he told me, I needed to quit believing everything I hear from Fox News.

Now he has to admit that I was right that they had taken over buildings there because even ABC has now admitted that the buildings were taken over by the gangs. That's a perfect example of how Trump forces them to admit the truth on their own platforms.

I heard JD Vance mention it also. Why don't you think that a city of 40,000 people becoming a city of 60,000 people because of immigrant migration is news worthy? Just in that one city, you have to have an extreme demand for housing, which would cause inflation. They have introduced 2 very different cultures. Not that Haitians are horrible people, but they do come from a very different set of customs and lifestyles. You have a school system that now has to be able to know some amount of the Haitian language to be able to teach them English. etc

I stand corrected. It really is news worthy, just not for the reason you and other Trumpers think it is.

It was pretty much a success story. The Haitians found relatively cheap housing and jobs because Springfield was shrinking, as many small midwestern towns do through people moving away for better opportunities. They paid taxes and spent money in the town.

But not without growing pains, as you mentioned.

If you want to know more, look around. I'm not going to spend a lot of time trying to convince somebody who wants to believe people "Eating dogs and cats" is a minor exaggeration anything.

I never used the word, "minor"  I was trying to point out the tactics he uses successfully. you got hung up on my choice of words used to describe the tactics instead of the maneuvers themselves. I guess TDS is real. I don't like the Viet Cong but I can admire some genius tactics they used to stall and cause the withdrawal of the US military. But with Trump and Democrats it's just pure hatred.
