Did you see that some commission in Cali banned SpaceX from launching any rockets, siting it is mostly because he is supporting Trump. He will end up Moving it to Texas and Cali will lose 10k+ jobs and supporting businesses.

Moving his manufacturing facilities in Cali would be a huge expense.
He has already moved some of the office staff.
The EPA in Texas is screwing with him of the runoff from the cooling system he uses  on the launch pad
and the FAA was giving him grief because his first Starlifter exploded.
Supporting Trump comes with a price
