I think this one is exponentially more dumb than the last, given the fact they tore down statues, won't teach history, and focus on identity and politics in the classroom (and identity politics as well).

This is what I cite to the grandparents when they ask (again) why my kid can't watch large TV's, tablets and phones. They still glaze their eyes over, and I will keep it going. The correlation with number of screens is staggering. I have a 27" CRT , a VCR and a hundred-odd VHS tapes, that's his relationship with film and TV for now.

I'm frankly appalled by the number and frequency of people I see around us pacifying their spawn with digital opioids. The whole iPad generation moniker is earned, and real. They post up for a meal, and 2 kids under 4 have 1000$ of hardware between them, just ripping youtube. I swear I saw a toddler bumbling around costco doomscrolling on tiktok, and his dad was steering him left and right, not taking the phone away, just making sure he was walking straight while viewing that sweet, sweet content...
