I didn't like the pick initially but the more I listen to him the more I like him.
I still don't trust him because he's a buckeye fan and always talks about Skyline Chili. That shit is vile.

I have my worries about him as well. Trump does say the biggest mistake he made in his first term was trusting the wrong people. I hope that means he really personally vetted Vance. I just worry about Vance's ties to big multi-national corps/elite billionaires. When he has to choose between supporting Trump/working people or them, who will he choose?

One thing we know for sure about Trump is that you only get one chance to pull the wool over his eyes.
The first time around he was a bit naive because he was a political newcomer.
That ain't happening again.

I am 100% sure he vetted Vance to the highest possible degree before picking him out of a group of very good candidates.

We still don't know for sure what anyone will do, but Vance is smart enough to know that if Trump wins 2024, that paves the way for Vance 2028.

Agreed. We can be confident that Trump won't make the same mistake of surrounding himself with individuals who understand and abide by the constitution.

Never again.

not gonna happen
no matter how well Trump does on election night there will be just enough
unpostmarked mail-in ballots trickling in to flip the required swing states  :'(

I do like JD Vance though..I've watched a could on his interviews
He beats those leftist "journalists" like dogs and doesn't break a sweat doing it.

Vance has shown himself to be a powerful  influence with Trump.

"They're eating the dogs, they're eating the cats! They're eating the pets!"

He knows it's not true but keeps repeating it anyway because Americans need to hear it!

Yep, an exception choose by Trump.

I'll take that over the current President calling half the country Nazis, fascists and garbage people any day.

Like locking states down and requiring shots to keep jobs? Or going to social media companies to silence people and issues? Maybe dividing people into race, gender, and sexual orientation?

Yeah, so constitutional...

Yeah, so constitutional...

I, and some others in this country perhaps, prefer candidates who abide by and honor the results of an election.

Do you have any legal evidence that 2020 election wasn't honored?

Oh but you ignore everything else? Sounds like you are enough of a constitutional scholar to be a journalist!

What about appointing a nominee who never received a single vote? And then have the audacity to say that Trump is a "threat to democracy". Where was the democracy when you have a candidate that hasn't received a single vote?
What about when Killary and the Democratic party removed Bernie because he was a threat to her candidacy?
All your hypocrite party has done for the last 8 years is accuse the Republicans of everyhting that they are doing to deflect the attention away from themselves.
Before you go spewing your lies like the parrot you are, take a look at your own party first.
