You're also not your stereotypical redneck.  I have some photo's of my sisters side of the family. They are that stereotype. 

You can't teach them how to lay off of their own family and I'll guarantee you they don't know how to do their own taxes. 

Eastern Texas, Louisiana, Alabama.  They can teach you how to trap a snake or gator, but not how to ignore a sexy underaged family member.

I have family in the very southeast corner of Arkansas, 50 miles from Mississippi and 50 miles from Louisiana. I hated going to visit. No a/c and no indoor toilets. Walked in one time right at dinner just in time to see my cousin crack open a squirrel skull and eat the brain like a walnut. My grandparent's accent was so thick that, half the time, I couldn't understand what they were saying.
