China has cities which are almost entirely vacant. Also due to their 'one child' policy, that country has a serious problem with demographics.

Closer to home, in the past 4 years, illegal immigration to the USA exceeds more than 10.3 million, many of which President Trump would like to deport.

Instead of flying the immigrants to the place they left, perhaps Trump could fly them to Beijing if Xi would be willing to give them a free apartment.
