I usually take advantage of the Max Black Friday deals. it's 2.99 a month for 6 months.  Some times I'll get peacock as well.  All of my streaming packages together never add up to more than $10 a month. I usually set alerts on my calendar to cancel a month in advance.

I just cancel right after paying the initial subscription deal. Because I tend to forget and/or procrastinate.

Yeah, $12 for the whole year of Hulu is a no-brainer.

Oh fock yah bahd, I feel so represented in this thread. Someone is literally howling across the shop right now in full valley slang, and sticks are on the ice at least one afternoon a week during the winter, so inspection is closed at 2pm those days.

Shogun would have been awesome except the guy that played the main character was terrible. He tromped around like an old clod hopper.

I'm only one episode in so far.  I liked the original better at this point but it has potential.  There is a lot more going on.

My wife and I are in the middle of White Collar on Hulu. It's a good chill before bed show.

I have always avoided Hulu as it is a Disney company and I do not like supporting woke lunatics.
I have signed up with their 99 cent special as I've wanted to watch Shogun for a while.
I read the original book which was really good and watched Shogun 1980 back in the day.
Shogun 2023 got really good reviews, but I haven't decided if it merits good reviews or it was just hype.

The 99 cent special includes adds but I've watched 2 episodes of Shogun without seeing an add.
Regular Hulu without adds costs $18.99 a still contains adds according to the fine print  
I will cancel before it's time to give Disney another 99 cents.

I signed up for the Disney/Hulu/Max bundle for $29 a month. I already had Disney because having grandchildren make that a must have.

You don't get live TV Hulu but you do get their library which is pretty extensive.

Max has a very good library as well. I think it's worth it as a bundle.

You can get a cheaper bundle with ads but I hate ads.
