got links to your sources? :)

US  Department of Justice

QuoteAccording to the indictment, Hunter Biden engaged in a four-year scheme in which he chose not to pay at least $1.4 million in self-assessed federal taxes he owed for tax years 2016 through 2019 and to evade the assessment of taxes for tax year 2018 when he filed false returns.  As alleged in the indictment, to further this scheme, Hunter Biden:

subverted the payroll and tax withholding process of his own company by withdrawing millions outside of the payroll and tax withholding process;
spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle rather than paying his tax bills;
in 2018, stopped paying his outstanding and overdue taxes for tax year 2015;
willfully failed to pay his 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 taxes on time, despite having access to funds to pay some or all of these taxes;
willfully failed to file his 2017 and 2018 tax returns, on time; and
when he did finally file his 2018 returns, included false business deductions in order to reduce the very substantial tax liability he faced as of February 2020.

What they don't say is he was being paid enormous amounts as a "consultant" to a Ukrainian oil and natural gas company.... something he has zero training or expertise in.
It was a blatant influence pedaling scheme, thoroughly illustrated by the famous laptop.
A trial on the tax evasion would have led to far bigger trouble for Hunter and Joe ... so he was allowed to plead
guilty.

What they don't say

OK, why don't they say that? That's really what I was wanting a link to. Everybody is aware of the tax fraud.

Alright, I had a feeling you wouldn't want to talk about it.  :lol:

And you can't get much less evidence than none at all. Just sayin.  :fish:

if you care to look, there is video of Biden bragging about getting a Ukranian prosecutor fired.
the prosecutor who was fired was investigating Hunter's "employer"

The simple truth is, the DOJ allowed Hunter to plead guilty so they could close the books on an investigation
that would have brought down a President.

Quote from: Smit on December 02, 2024, 08:31 AMI am indeed serious.

In the end Hunter was convicted of tax evasion and lying on a form when he was purchasing a firearm. Do you think the decades of attacks would have happened to anybody else in those same circumstances?

Decades? I think you exaggerate. If he hadn't abandoned his laptop none of this would have happened.

The smoking gun was named Tony Bobulinski.
Does anyone remember him?

He was able to 100% corroborate all of those texts and emails found on Hunter's laptop.
Unfortunately, he was generally ignored at the time because the MSM was peddling the false narrative that the laptop was Russian disinformation.
That has since been disproven, and even the NYT had to admit the laptop was genuine.

So at the time, Mr. Bobulinski was able to testify before a Congressional hearing and present his evidence.

We all know how that ended.
Congress can only RECOMMEND prosecution to the DoJ, and anyone with two or more functioning brain cells knew that any prosecution of Hunter Biden was not happening on Merrick Garland's watch, period.

Now, all of that has been conveniently covered by a nice, big, cozy blanket pardon from 'The Big Guy', so it's all good as far as the Bidens go.

Except...
That Congressional committee still has all of that evidence that implicates Joe Biden's brother Jim in this big scheme that involved the whole Biden family, including Tony Bobulinski's texts and emails as corroborating evidence.

If incoming AG Pam Biondi decides that is worth further investigation and criminal prosecution, so be it.

If the Biden family are as innocent as they proclaim to be, they should have nothing to worry about, right?

 takes a blowtorch to DNC shill who says Biden 'wasn't lying' when he said he wouldn't pardon Hunter.

This is four minutes of straight FIRE:

"It's all a lie. It is all a grift. Every American except the most partisan, brain-rotted people are going to be outraged by this."

"Joe Biden is leaving office, making the strongest possible case for Donald Trump that anybody could possibly make it. And that's that our government and our justice system is of, by, and for the elites and nobody else. He ran to banish Trumpism from our political system in this country, and he has left it politically and now institutionally, the strongest possible political force in this country."

"He is leaving office in complete and total disgrace. He is a liar and there is no other way to spin this."

"These people are liars. Inflation is transitory. Afghanistan is a success. The border is secure. Robert her is a liar. The videos are cheap fakes. Biden has a cold. He'll never drop out. Oh, I'll never pardon Hunter. It's all a lie. It is all a grift. Every American except the most partizan brain rotted people are going to be outraged by this."

Alright decades was an exaggeration.

It seems Hunter Biden came under scrutiny in or before 2018. The investigation was focused on his taxes and business dealings. In 2018, as it was becoming increasingly possible Biden was going to be the presidential candidate for the Democrats, it began to be politicized and attracted the media.

The laptop appeared in October of 2020. To say none of this would have happened without the laptop is not factual. It seems there were some emails and such that might have contributed to the investigation but overall the laptop wasn't a major factor in his criminal trials.
