If it was driven by panic and incompetence ... no
If it was intentional, driven by the pursuit of profit or political goals.. absofunkin'lutely.

My personal belief is it started as panic driven incompetence and morphed into
the pursuit of profit and political manipulation as the opportunities became apparent.

I have a hard time reconciling the fact that people who are pro life see violent death as the solution to many problems.

Pro life unless you really piss me off?

Is that really a surprise?

Maybe if you posted even crazier conspiracy theories even more often than you do people would start to take you seriously!
3 years ago, I linked a statement from Andy Huff that Daszak was working for the CIA.

Pro Life for innocent children that did not ask to be conceived.

Pro Death for adults and juvenile that need killin'.

There's nothign to reconcile. One is completely innocent child dying by violent dismemberment, the other... you know what these horrble individuals to to us.

I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

Well, I hope we use that metric for everyone who screws US citizens over in the pursuit of profit or political goals. Firing squad for them all.

Pro life for an innocent being that the only thing they did was swim faster and didn't drip down their mom's ass crack is different than pro death by any means necessary for those who purposely killed/injured people in the pursuit of money/power.

Like I said; unless you really piss me off.

Then you are anti-abortion, not pro life.

I guess if you REALLY want to distill it down to the base elements...

That's what laws are. You break the law, you piss off the state. You piss off the state, they'll punish you. Depending on the crime, the level of pissed off goes higher and the punishment more severe.

When someone does something to the detriment of millions, somehow, a fine or even some time in Club Fed just doesn't cut it.

Never said I was was pro-life or anti-abortion. IMO there is justification for it in many instances, but to use it as an "oops" contraceptive is ridiculous.

It definitely shouldn't be.

It takes a hell of a lot more time to try to verify the accuracy of the information you're absorbing than it does to find information that already supports your opinion. When 9 times out of 10, the information is either provably wrong, or can't be verified, it becomes more of a waste of time than it's worth. Unless you're just doing it to kill time anyway.

And like I've said before, I have other outlets to waste my time on that to me, are far more fulfilling.
