I follow another forum that is political related. I see a lot of the same talking points there that I do here. It's almost as if people are reading from the same script.   

Most political discussions I like to take with a grain of salt. Downplaying Jan 6th is one of the more frustrating.  Especially when I know that if had been the other side doing it, it wouldn't be getting downplayed.

I was watching a debate about a year ago. It was some nobody debating a Forever Trumper about Jan 6th. The only footage that Trumpster had ever seen was the video (and explanation) that Tucker Carlson showed. When this person was shown the footage of the crowd busting through the barricades and breaking the windows out, they believed that the footage was fake and that the Carlson video was the "real" footage.
