This has been going on since the 90's. How many 10's of 1,000's of ChiCom anchor babies have been born in the US? These ChiComs that are eligible to become POTUS after they are 35.

This automatic citizenship stuff needs to be revoked.

I think the only way the child should be granted full citizenship would be if at least one of the parents are a full legal citizen.  Unfortunately, with the laws the way they currently are, wouldn't it require an overturn or modification to the 14 amendment for that to happen?  So unlikely at best.

The reality is the 14th Amendment has been ruled worse than the Roe v. Wade was. It was NEVER intended to let anyone born here be granted citizenship.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, AND subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

I highlighted and emphasized the part that EVERYONE leaves out. Don't even need to be a lawyer or have a dictionary to be able to understand that.



None of those ChiComs or Illegal Aliens are making themselves subject to the jurisdiction of the USA nor the States they inhabit.

Just so you don't take me wrong, I've been on the side of closing down the baby factories that come across the border to have a US citizen baby just because they were here when born.  I don't think birth here should be automatic citizenship, and that that should ONLY be granted if one or both parents are full US citizens.

In the case of the ChiComs coming here for the specific reason to gain citizenship by hatching their offspring here, they are NOT subject to the jurisdiction of the USA. Once born and in possession of that US Birth Certificate and Passport, they will return HOME to whatever dungheap they crawled out of. Some day to return and surely do us harm from within.

Now, for the illegal aliens here hatching their offspring, they have chosen right out of the gate to disregard our laws and shown themselves to not be subject to the jurisdiction thereof as indicated by them coming here illegally.

Long overdue. Should have never been enacted and should be retroactively enforceable going back to 1776. Hopefully Trump's mass deportations address this.

I'd grudgingly only deport people that came illegally AFTER Reagan signed the amnesty bill. Everyone else... start packing and  GTFO!

If they leave voluntarily, you can get back in line to come in legally. We deport you... you can NEVER come back, even to visit.
