Releasing the report is a pure smear job. These claims went nowhere already and they release it for no purpose other than to do what some here are doing, trying him in the court of public opinion.

Is he a bit of a sleaze, probably.

I'm reading in some places the accuser is currently in jail for a similar false claim against someone else though I've not been able to find any other corroborating information.  So take that for what it's worth at this point.
