I've seen it get worse and worse here over the years. It's the driver's ed instructors that are making these new drivers scared as hell to be on the road.
Where I'm at, they won't even make a right hand turn unless BOTH oncoming lanes are clear of cars.
Oh that that blinker on the car that's coming and slowing down... yeah they wait until that car turns to make their turn.

We got about 14" here, and that is a LOT for Kansas City. The last time that happened, many years ago, they didn't plow our Cul de Sac for 3 days. I was delighted to see they plowed last night.

They plow your cul de sac?
The only plowing that gets done on my is by the vehicles trying to get out.
