I set this site up as a public forum, where anyone can join and chat etc.

If I set this site up and you and MKD started selling drugs from it. Then there was evidence that I knew what you were doing and in fact, was helping make it possible for you to do it, Section 230 wouldn't protect me.

Nobody knows what was found on Ross Ulbricht's laptop. I suspect that there was enough evidence to prove he was more involved than you guys (who obviously just want to argue) will admit.  Maybe not, but if you want to argue about it, prove to me that they didn't and we can continue hashing it out.

Until then, set up the forum and start selling drugs and we can get to the bottom of this pretty fast.

When the government doesn't have any real crimes on you, you get charged with "conspiracy to..." and "obstruction of justice".

ANY time you see someone charged with either or both of these, know a few thinga; 1)it's bullshit, 2) the government likes you for something they have no evidence for/of, and 3) the government sees you as a threat.

Read 3 Felonies a Day. You want to hate your government more than you do already? Want evidence your government is corrupt AF? Want to know how truly fucked up the DOJ is? With proof of how fucked up they are? Read that book.
