Rather than write a detailed synopsis... that will surely get a TLDR or the always faithful 🤪 emoji, I'm just going to quote United States Code (U.S.C. for short) when the leftist harpies screech #OrangeManBad is doing unconstitutional mean and hurty stuff.

Stop basing opinions on feelings and #OrangeManBad with a scorching case of #TDS and do even just 🤏 homework... unless of course you just like the propaganda fed to you by useful idiots. Try getting some opinions from various law libraries, The US Constitution and maybe a period correct dictionary for once.

U.S. Code Title 22 § 2509... the majority of the section is pertinent to the shrieking harpies' contestations... and pretty much issues a 🖕😎🖕 to them and their shitty opinions.

Quote...the President may—
(1)enter into, perform, and modify contracts and agreements...

Seethe harder ladies.

I feel like this needs some context.  :headscratch:

Quote(1)enter into, perform, and modify contracts and agreements and otherwise cooperate with any agency of the United States Government or of any State or any subdivision thereof, other governments and departments and agencies thereof, and educational institutions, voluntary agencies, farm organizations, labor unions, and other organizations, individuals and firms;

Modify contracts "..with any agency of the United States Government...".

Termination is at it's heart a modification"

Title 22 is about quote: FOREIGN RELATIONS AND INTERCOURSE.

That entire chapter (chapter 34, the chapter that contains § 2509),  is about The Peace Corps.

"U.S. Code Chapter 34
Title 22 of the United States Code, Chapter 34, is dedicated to The Peace Corps. This chapter outlines the purpose, structure, and operations of the Peace Corps, which is a volunteer program run by the United States government. It includes sections on Peace Corps volunteer leaders, employees, training programs, foreign participants, presidential powers, and reports to Congress."

It does not say anything about

Quote"Modify contracts "..with any agency of the United States Government...".

that isn't in the context of the Peace Corps.

For context
Quote(a)Contract authority; assignment of volunteers; acceptance of voluntary services and gifts and transfers of property; personal service contracts

      In furtherance of the purposes of this chapter, the President may—
  • (1)enter into, perform, and modify contracts and agreements and otherwise cooperate with any agency of the United States Government or of any State or any subdivision thereof, other governments and departments and agencies thereof, and educational institutions, voluntary agencies, farm organizations, labor unions, and other organizations, individuals and firms;
  • (2)assign volunteers in special cases to temporary duty with international organizations and agencies when the Secretary of State determines that such assignment would serve the purposes of this chapter;

Just to make sure I'm not out in left field, I posted the question on a US Law forum.
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

So far, I have yet to see any of the Obama appointed activist judges siting any legal precedence or constitutional basis for ruling against DOGE activities. They just use typical lib fear monger language "it could cause irreparable harm".

And you won't.
They're like dumbsmits, you ask them for a source, they deflect and move on to the next buzzword.

"Constitutional Crisis"... :rofl:

When one branch does something the other branch doesn't like, go to the 3rd branch and seek relief.

That is NOT a crisis. That is things working as they should.

You probably could have built a better argument around this?

"President Donald Trump is seeking to overturn the 90-year-old Supreme Court decision known as Humphrey's Executor, which has been critical to the development of the modern U.S. government. Humphrey's Executor established that presidents cannot fire the appointed leaders of independent federal agencies without cause.

Trump's administration has been firing hundreds of federal employees from independent agencies, including Gwynne Wilcox, the first Black woman to serve on the National Labor Relations Board, who was fired by Trump in late January.
The administration is now asking the Supreme Court to overrule the precedent protecting federal workers from political retribution"

Look up "Debunking Humphrey's Executor"
