Out of curiosity, do you still think that anyone who thought that Trump was aligned with project 2025 was just parroting leftist talking points?
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

Well, where else did they get that information?
Who put that little nugget into their brain?  The left did.

I couldn't make a steelman argument for the documents case if I tried.

And this is just my opinion so take it for what it's worth. The Democrats timing on some of the cases made it obvious that their goal was to kill any chance he had of running for office. There is no doubt in my mind that Trump had connections to Russia before the "Russia probe" but I don't think you could convince me that the way that investigation went down and accusations of Trumps coordination with Russia's election interference wasn't SUPER shady?

They knew that one of the main architects of that project was in the Trump admin and now, is again.

I was skeptical when I listened to Trumps interview with David Sachs (he denied even knowing what it was) but now, I think that as usual, he was full of shit.

I don't know that I would get too cocky yet.  I have a feeling that the mid-terms are going to be ugly and far from what you would like to believe, I don't want to see Congress or the Senate swing full left.

I'm used to seeing corrections in politics. I expected to see a correction under Trump, but nothing like what we're seeing now.  There is no way that there isn't going to be an over-correction to the left.

I don't know anyone who's been affected by medicaid cuts (too early) yet but I know several people who are disabled who rely on medicaid and are Trump voters. I'm not sure how gutting Veterans Affairs is going to play out but I feel that isn't going to be very popular.

It's been proven false. Killary was the engineer of the entire thing.
You forgot about the infamous Steele dossier?

You're like incog. Even when I agree with you on something you want to argue about it.

Midterms historically have switched to the opposite side of sitting President. It's too far away to make a prediction.
If elections were today Democrats would lose dramatically. They have nothing.

Look up how many people work for the VA. Trump is not going to cut Medicaid for anyone who has to have it.

Removing contracts that only allowed certain companies to water plants  is "gutting the VA"?

"The VA cancelled a $56,000 contract to water ~8 plants for 5 years. This is ~$1400/plant/year. The contract has been canceled and DOGE will water the plants free of charge."

"including a $3.5M Dept. of VA consulting contract for outsourced "enterprise mail management program support services" which the agency determined could be handled internally with the current
@DeptVetAffairs
team."

And isn't it only Governors who have the power to affect Medicaid? That's what I have always thought.

VA has 378,000 workers. WHAT!!!!
