The market held relatively steady for quite a while because, I believe, people thought Trump was all bluster.

Now that Tesla stock is crashing, are Republicans going to jump on the EV bandwagon and start buying Teslas to bail Elon out?

And how is boycotting Tesla illegal?

One thing you gotta respect about Trump is his ability to understand the financial plight of the average US citizen. I mean, it's brilliant: we should all just go out and buy a brand new Tesla.

Hopefully anyone harassing Tesla owners or vandalizing their private property get their comeuppance. Occasionally I'll hear someone calling a Tesla owner names around here but nothing physical. I think that Prias drivers get harassed more.

Based on what I've seen locally, nobody needs to be paid to boycott and protest Tesla right now. It's becoming a recreational pastime.
