The Oscars was supposed to be a celebration of Great Film making.

It Devolved into a recognition of a bunch of snobbish aristocrats selling you what they perceive as Art.

Followed by Diverse , equitable Actors professing their personal beliefs and persuasions.

As mandated by the Academy.

Clearly Bucky has his finger on the Pulse and you stoopid Bastids have no clue what good Art is.
