The judge that ordered the plane to turn around is Judge James Boasberg.

He was not on the court. Also, he sited no law or case precedence to back up his order. That is the definition of activist judge.

The president is essentially the CEO of the executive branch of government. That means managing all of the federal departments and agencies, Signing bills, pardons, appointing federal judges, foreign relations, and so much more. No one is going to be able to read and process every bill, law, petition for pardon, review for judges, etc., by themselves. They appoint people under them that they trust their opinion. As a voter you should consider this when you vote for a president or governor. Do they have the character and ability to appoint and manage the right people that will carry out their vision and proposals. The use of autopen is not the issue. The issue is did Biden know of and approve these pardons as they were happening. That is going to be tough to prove as false.

Pardons and EO's cannot be signed with autopen. Period.

Law.
Lesser things CAN be signed by autopen, but EO's and Pardons require a "wet signature". Meaning he has to sign it himself.

And the things signed with autopen have to be done in the presence of the POTUS. There have been a few special occasions  where that wasn't the case, but those are for minor things.
