Now that Tesla is under the microscope, all the issues will be brought to light. And they're not hard to find, they have traditionally been one of the worst for fit and finish. Shitty panel gaps, leaky roofs that fall off, setting on fire of their own accord, yeeting into oncoming traffic on autopilot...

Personally I don't like the Teslas at all but he is a very smart man and this country is lucky to have him. Yeah he's kinda weird but he's on the spectrum which causes him social interaction issues.

I probably wouldn't buy a Tesla either, but not because of Musk. It's just not practical for me.  I wouldn't boycott Tesla just because I don't like his politics.
