The only way out of this situation in wa is if LOTS of people in .gov go to jail but thats kinda hard to happen when all the judges are corrupt as well. "We have investigated ourselves and found nothing wrong.... carry on citizen...."

It's saying that the voters voted to keep the option of natural gas and a judge struck it down basically saying that the voters were mislead by the initiative and so the voters didn't understand what they were voting for. That's partially true. I won't go in to the details.

They've done this several times now by saying the initiatives are unconstitutional because they are either too vague or attempt to tackle a broad range of issues when we have a "single-subject rule" when it comes to initiatives. It's usually activist groups the file the lawsuits. In this case, it was local climate activists backed by Seattle and King County. 

It's all bullshit. They do this when voters pass initiatives that the State disagrees with. Unfortunately, this initiative one of several that had major funding from Republican megadonor Brian Heywood so this initiative, along with three others, were targets to the left from day 1.
