I thought about that after I said it. I once said I never had broken a bone and next day broke my arm.

Storms here on Sunday were bad. A couple tornados, but the straight line winds were as bad as I have seen, 100+ MPH.

Almost lost our barn. The south wall is now leaning out at about 20°. Wish it would have leveled it. Much harder to take it down safely when it's so structurally compromised.

Maybe the next round of storms tomorrow will finish it off.

Supposed to get an inch or two of snow tonight. After spending the better half of the last two winters in FL I'm getting really tired of MN winters. Might have to start looking for a job in TN or NC.

The boy kid and me, like a couple hearty midwestern dumbasses, were watching this storm roll in out of the west facing window of our garage. It hailed, rained, and blew so the barn wasn't visible for a few minutes. When it cleared up it looked like this...

Damn. I thought we had it rough with a few large branches broken off.

That's nothing.
My lawn guy texted me, saying it was too windy to do my yard clean up.

Brutal.

Looks like our weather is going to be severe tonight. Tornado very likely.
