But she's calling me hourly for weather updates like I'm a meteorologist.

I'm like, your ability to surf the web and google is equal to mine. I have offered her links to sane forecasters, not the batshit crazy fear mongers who thrive on the slightest possibility of dangerous weather.

Bad thing now is, even the sane ones are like, yeah... Bad shit is gonna happen today. They just can't tell you exactly where.

My next door neighbors have two super tall pine trees. When the storm came through the two trees were swinging back and forth about twenty feet. I was amazed those trees didn't come down.

Last I checked this morning we were between 7" and 9".

And it has been steady and solid all day.

We have multiple street closures do to very Large sinkholes. I mean car size.

And it is supposed to keep going all night.

will be weeks before they get the roads repaired.
