Amazon double billing on order!

While checking my bank records yesterday I found a recent order from Amazon had been charged twice!  After searching the Amazon site, I finally found out how to contact them by phone.  Of course, it was someone with the preverbally India accent.

Basically, he told me this has been happening all over Amazons accounts in all regions for the last couple of weeks and are working toward fixing it.  I got my problem resolved, I just wanted to let people know if you have ordered anything recently check your bank accounts!!  :shock:  :shock:
