Old machine day & new machine days

We have 2 Mazak Integrex i100SY BARTACs leaving the building today....2016 & 2017 vintage

and tomorrow

we have 4 Mazak Integrex i200HS coming in the doors...that will give us 5 of those model
almost forgot and 2 more Mazak MSY-100 lathes

Around here, yup...

Those were the oldest machines in our building...these coming in will put us at 69 cnc machines

a 5 machine Palletech line scheduled late summer and another 5 machine line scheduled for early 26' will add 10 more HMC spindles

When 50% are broke down waiting for service, that's effectively 33 machines🤣

They are planning on doing a retrofit of my AFP machine later this year. It will be pretty much a rebuild.

Not really an issue...There are currently 2 lathes down but will all Mazaks, when we call, we pretty get the next available tech if it requires a factory tech....and we have an independent guy as well who handles the rest...

Waiting for a part is usually the only thing.

We were on a 5 year cycle...recently that was opened up to 8 years and even then, there will still be machines that won't be here for 8, they'll be gone sooner.
