Invasion... excellent choice of words. I'm trying to find a more fitting word to explain "immigration" between 2021-2025 and I cannot come up with a better word.

You just gotta add the prefix "planned".

Where does the constitution say that? Due process is to protect those accused of crimes from the whims of the powerful. Like someone who has been here their whole life from being summarily sent to a detention center prior to being deported with no chance to present their case. What if one of the citizens who have received notices to self deport gets sent away? They have no way to present their case.

You know that once a government is granted a power it will not give that up without a serious fight. Allowing a group of people to be punished without due process opens the door for it to happen to everyone.

If we're going to do away with due process for one group why not just summarily execute people accused of murder? A guy gets caught robbing a liquor store, just cut off his hands and avoid the trouble of due process and trials.

There is no specificity regarding illegal aliens having all, some, or none of the rights afforded to citizens. People just assume, or pick and choose which ones they want to apply.

So if you are for illegal aliens getting "due process" but against illegal aliens owning firearms... what gives? 

I'm at least consistent... they get none of the rights afforded citizens.  Come here illegally,  do not expect to be treated well. Humanely...OK. Well? No. Absolutely not.

I'm guessing that you don't. But to someone who does, they could walk away from this line of questioning without looking like a hypocrite? 


Does anyone find it funny that they are both claiming that they've stopped or mostly stopped illegals from flowing in to the Country, while at the same time, discussing using "invasion" as the reason for suspending habeas corpus?

Have you forgotten the day after Biden was elected and caravans by the tens of thousands were heading to America! That was insane!! It literally was an invasion!!!
