I like this pilot's theory as to what happened. How miraculous was it that one guy survived and walked away.

I heard one guy jumped from the plane as it was going down, and survived.

His seat was up front (economy) right next to the emergency exit. I think the impact blew open the exit door and the survivor miraculously gets sucked out of the plane from the vacuum.
