My initial reaction was love triangle gone wrong, but that is definitely not the case.
These were political assassinations.
They have a manifesto and a hit list and since it reflects badly on Democrats it will probably take years ( if ever)
for it to be made public.

How does it reflect badly on Democrats?

From the limited information I've seen so far, the man sounds like an anti-trans, anti-abortion, religious Zealot.

I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

I don't hang out on PJ Media or the Gateway Pundit type sites.

What exactly would the rights spin on this be? The love triangle gone wrong sounded a little out there, but I have no idea what G was talking about.

This entire incident is Blue on Blue. Everybody involved, the killer and the victims are Democrats.
The manifesto and hit list are said to be a who's who of Minnesota Democrats.
The female legislator who was murdered was the only Democratic legislator to vote
in favor of restricting illegal immigrants from receiving state benefits in a vote taken last week.
She had publicly stated she was receiving death threats for that vote.

His roommate and friend since childhood says the guy is a Trump supporter and a conservative?

I am only holding onto that as a "maybe"

When you consider his background, who was appointing him..it opens questions as to the validity

So the lefty media is trying to pin this guy as a Trump supporter?
Weird how when stuff happens to Republicans they never speak of political affiliation.
But if stuff happens to a Democrat, then they can't shout it fast enough.

He was appointed to nonpartisan positions on the Workforce Development Board and Workforce Development Council. I don't know what it takes to get appointed to those positions, but I doubt he personally knew either Governor that appointed him?

Abortion providers and pro-abortion rights advocates were reportedly named in the manifesto. If that's true, it sounds less plausible that he was a leftist.

Not to mention the video's of him preaching anit-lgbtq rhetoric in Africa.

He was a Waltz political appointee

QuoteWalz had appointed Boelter in 2019 to serve for four years on the Governor's Workforce Development Board.

That position lasted for four years.

Boelter also served on the Governor's Workforce Development Council in 2016 under now-former Minnesota Democratic Gov. Mark Dayton.

Investigators found a manifesto in a fake police car that mentioned Hortman, who was the top Democrat in the Minnesota House, as well as other officials.

The car also had flyers for the nationwide "No Kings" protests, according to a report from the Associated Press.

Not the media - it's what his alleged friend since the 4th grade who also happens to be his roommate said.

Ahh, I wonder how much he got paid to say that, or if he was coerced to say that if he didn't want any broken bones.

does the killer even have a room mate
He's in his 50's and he's married.
His wife was arrested with evidence that would make her a co-conspirator.
