Yet they let children go without food or health care. Gut disaster funding.

In the richest Country in the world, our citizens shouldn't have to worry about going bankrupt due to medical bills.

And some how I'm on the wrong side of the argument?

Maybe instead of just throwing money at it , They are making them accountable.

That way the kids Do get it . Instead of them Lining their pockets.

You show soo much trust in where the money is going.

I just think you just may be approaching the argument from the wrong POV.

Best I can tell, the truly needy have methods to have their needs met. It just may not be the same mechanics as things in the past.

The richest country in the world created the bureaucracy that MADE healthcare this expensive. Since Obamacare, my  rates have skyrocketed, my quality of care has declined.

Those that are dependent on the government for meeting their needs are destined for poverty, heartache and misery.

So much profound ignorance.

Medicare Part A, Part B, Part D, plan G is excellent  coverage and works seamlessly with our healthcare system.

You're one of the reasons that this is what it is.

But yea.. boo hoo.

You're one of the "smart ones".

I have private insurance with an HSA. That means I am not allowed to use Medicare. I just spent a week in an out of network hospital because they were the only ones who could provide the care for my particular issue. I think I can argue that it should be covered since the requesting physician worked for the in network hospital I was in before I was transferred. I received excellent care at both facilities with no concern for payment but I know the bill will come due. I have a $6000 copay which i don't have problem with.
When I mentioned having a bankruptcy I my future I was only half joking. With all of the scans and tests I had I really don't know what the bill will be.

This is not a criticism or endorsement of our health care system. Just a description of my particular situation.
