Greatest round ever. No idea how Hagler stayed up with that right hand of Hearns.

They were in a completely different class than today's fighters. What a time for the sport.
Hagler, Hearns, Duran, Mugabi, Sugar Ray,....so many warriors.

Boxing used to be such an exciting sport because of the top notch competition. From heavyweight to lightweight there was great competition.

I'm not sure there is boxing any more. All you ever hear about is MMA fighting and I just don't care for it.

I was watching an MMA fight the weekend before last. I don't watch MMA but was having lunch at a local establishment that was playing the fight. It may have been a re-play,  It was brutal.

I agree. MMA is just Damage. Boxing is an Art.

True Boxers will diminish you by Round.

MMA is just Anarchy. No real skill just an Opening.

Sumo is also an Art. It displays Skills not just Random find the biggest Lard Ass.

I remember watching that.
Even though Tommy the Hit Man Hearns was from Detroit, I liked Hagler.
HATED Sugar Ray Leonard with a passion.
