how in the hell did we get to a point in this country when someone complains about a system and some asks, how do you fix it, that it is considered a swerve?

the fix is very simple. It starts with me. I lay down my own human desires, pickup the cross of Christ, which is to say I take on his nature and lay my own down, and from that point, model his love for charity, and draw others into that way of thinking. I can't change a single person, but I can rid myself of greed and live in such a way that others are attracted to it, and want to model it in their own lives. I don't want what a billionaire has, I don't want what a millionaire has, I find contentment in what I have, and thank God for it. I listen to so many of the arguments on here, so many of you seem so bitter. I don't know how you live like that. You could have joy. jm2c

I'm one year past my full retirement age and they recalculated my SS benefits. I'm now getting $136 more per month and also got $1500 deposited for back pay. Sweet!!
