I have been tested for covid 3 times since  2020.  1 because of a possible exposure at work, 1 because my middle son tested positive on a Tuesday and he spent a few hours at our house the Friday before and the last time was cause I was somewhat "sick" over the last Christmas holidays. Every time the tests came back negative.  When I was sick over Christmas I had a cough and a sore throat and nothing more, not even a fever.  So I don't think I have had it.  My older son tested positive the other day so he is sick with it right now.

Realistically, if a PCR test was used to determine your COVID status you have no real idea if you have had it or not.

The PCR test check for the presence of genetic material. That is all. It does not prove anything other than the specific sequence of genetic material was found.

For myself, "if" I've had it, the symptoms were so miniscule that my daily running nose, coughing, itchy eyes seemed the same..

Only been tested once, negative...

We are back to the whole testing issue, which I think has been wonky from the beginning.

I answered 'yes' in the poll, but think there will be a good number of folks who simply don't know if they have had it or not.
