The power grid will be suspect since Biden has been shutting down our coal Plants.

Washington State has had one of the coolest, wettest, Mays in 74 years.  We've barely hit 70 once or twice and just for a very short period. It's raining again today.
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

MIL-TFP-41

Was 90 here (northern UT this weekend)
Currently 50 and rain.
Supposed to be back in the 90 range by Friday.

looking like we'll be mid-90s with a heat index 105-110 today.  It's not so much the heat, but the annoyingly high humidity that sucks today.

Yeah, I have gone that route before with mixed results.
My pool is a 15' x 30' oval above ground.

Reason #1 is that putting on and taking off the solar cover by myself is kind of a pain.
I thought about building a roller mechanism at one end with a crank handle to roll it up, but I never pursued that because of the second reason.

Reason #2 is that when I was using the solar cover, the amount of algae that was growing in the pool seemed to dramatically increase.  Yes, I could just add more chlorine, but with the price of chlorine lately that isn't a very good option either.

So we will just take what the Good Lord gives us for our water temperature and enjoy it just the same.  8)
