Those aren't explosives, they are "atmospheric weather charges" to alter extreme weather. Like in that stupid movie Geostorm.  ;)

so the balloon had parts with English writing on it...meanwhile all ours say is made in China..go figure

I noticed a few stories on my feed about Canadian Super Pigs that were starting to cross our border. So I'd suspect it will be about 2 weeks of that nonstop.
