Has anyone been paying attention to this case or any of the controversy surrounding it?

I'm wondering if this will affect their ratings or viewership now that there is evidence of the hosts intentionally lying to their viewers?

A guy who uses the defense of no rational viewer would take him seriously and wins probably doesn't have to worry about losing viewers for any reason. Unless he goes woke.

it's just amazing how the defamation case against Rachael Madcow gets quietly dismissed for his/her "LITERALLY" claim on air, yet Fox case gets dragged for media attention.
 We'd have nothing in media and politics if not for hypocrisy.
