Anyone here go through an ownership change to ESOP before? I haven't - excited to see what it entails.

The others are gonna Phuk off more cause they are an Owner.

1. Bob Taylor is still johnny on the spot - if now more than ever, everyone respects the hell out of him and want to work hard to make his commitment a success.

2. There's no time to phuk off

3. Quality will go up because everyone involved is now concerned more than ever

4. The more people we have, the more guitars we can build, the more money we make. Lack of demand is not a problem we have.

our QM worked at a place that had an ESOP, and he bought up some coworkers shares (he dicked them).
