You go ahead and make that case. You have an audience here who will love to hear it.

Funny how you think everybody who protests who isn't a white supremacist is a democrat tho.

the need to label republicans as white supremacist is a need to try and keep black people from voting for republicans, which in and of itself is white supremacy.

Biden: They gonna put y'all in chains!

also Biden: IF you don't vote for me, you ain't black!

and then there is this:

Please Smit for brains show us ONE "Insurrection" charge. Just one. Is it too much to ask when your boys are girls on the lamestream media proclaim "it's insurrection I tell ya" yet fail to produce even a single charge?

Not. One. Single. Charge.

Vandalism? Check
Felony Vandalism? Check
Aggravated Mayhem? Check.
Disturbing the peace? Check.
Resisting Arrest? Maybe. I didn't look at every single incident. But for sake of argument, Check.

Insurrection? You wish. That bitter pussy Merrick Garland KNEW he could not get a conviction in a court of law so he didn't even try.

Garland... thank goodness that turn bucket never made it to the Supreme Court. He would make Arrirmative Action Jackson look like Einstein.

Haha, yeah, I think you're on to something!

It's funny to watch people here think. :)

Getting back to "democrats" protesting, say, a cop kneeling on a black mans neck until he's dead, is that really a partisan thing?

Or are Republicans, in general, ok with that?

My problem is with burning and looting under the guise of "protesting".

Thinking about this, you actually make the case that the J6 protest was necessary for the protestors to make their case. because if they didn't protest, they didn't care. I may have to change my opinion on the j6 protests after all.  I have to hand it to you on your persuasive arguments.  ;)

I think we all have a problem with that.

The other problem we have is being able to tell the difference between the people doing the protesting and the people doing the burning and looting.

Kinda like Beej is doing. Intentionally I'm sure.

My view on the difference between the protestors vs the burner\looters is probably similar to your view of the people who attended the J6 rally vs the people who went in to the capital.

Does that mean you acknowledge that there was a combination of legitimate protesters and "burners/looters" for say, the George Floyd protests?

If so that makes you a rare Republican.

My belief, for what it's worth, is that the protestors were strung along and used in an effort for their respective politicians effort to stay in power. Pawns in a power struggle.

Wow, damn, I guess that answers my question below....it's just a political demonstration to Republicans, even a relatively realistic Republican.

I gotta say I'm mildly disappointed.

Moving past that, was there an election near the time that the(se) nefarious Democrat(s) politician(s) were trying to influence by stoking undeserved protests about a cop kneeling on the neck of a man who had been subdued and rendered helpless until he was dead?

Or is that just kind of an "in general" thing?  :headscratch:
