The party apparatus holds the ultimate decision of whom they nominate. Regardless of the primary voting they are still well within their own rules to nominate whomever they please.

My point is that the DNC could give a wet shit about what the voters want, AND they along with the media lied to the people about Biden's fitness for office from the 2020 primaries to today.

They are the ones who love to scream 'disenfranchisement' the loudest, except when they are the ones doing it.

If they force Biden out, and we all know he will never voluntarily step down, every single Democratic primary voter will have effectively been disenfranchised, and the decision about who will run for the highest office in the land will be made by a few political hacks and their big-money donors behind closed doors.

There is no constitutional definition of the party or even the nominating process....as such can they truly be "disenfranchised" voters?

In the framework of the US Constitution the primary process is open....we all have partaken in a process that is and was always fraught with this kind of thing....so if we play a game with no framework aren't we all unable to claim it as part of the process?

Yes and no. The founders truly were solid "State's Rights" guys. So much so they codified it in The 10th Amendment.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

So what Texas may call a shit show, New York may be completely fine with. Any apparent "turmoil" in the this process is pretty much by design. Texas should not be telling New York how to run it's elections other than insisting they follow whatever US Constitutional requirements are in place. If New York is NOT following the US Constitution it's up to the other states to pressure them to do so, or... take it up with SCOTUS.

Doesn't matter if they are watched or not. The left controls then SOS offices, election boards, Counting centers, Voter rolls, and courts in all the swing states/cities that matter. You could present them with a smoking gun evidence and they will bury it.
