What is the threshold for when you are a protester vs an insurrectionist? Removed vs arrested? It can't just be because someone obstructs with an official proceeding. Is it just the scale of the protest? and what number of protestors would you use to set that scale?

these are real questions I have. I'm not opposed to some of the J6 protestors being charged. I just wonder how prosecutors should decide who get's charged and who doesn't.
