Same here... in Jr. High (IIRC) that was the first I ever even heard of the guy... and up until the last couple weeks, he was Saint Ceaser to everyone except those that really knew him.
 

The left and labor unions KNEW AND hid the fact Chavez was a serial sexual predator better than they hid the fact Kamala Harris literally kneeled and sucked her way to the VP position.

His greater crime, in the eyes of the left, was his staunch disapproval of illegal immigration.

He used to go off on the 'wetbacks' coming in and taking the jobs away from the legal immigrants in his union.

His union set up a so called, 'wet line', on the border to stop illegals from crossing over. Sometimes violently.

This is the only crime his former supporters on the left care about.
