I've been using a G502 for years and just last month switched to the Logitech MX (bigger vertical model which fit well with my larger hands) and have been enjoying the change- much less wrist pain at the end of the day. Should have done it sooner, and after a few awkward days was able to work back up to high sensitivity and push around the screen at the same speed as the gaming mouse.

Quote from: mowens on March 26, 2026, 07:34 AMMy wrist has bothered me for years. Probably 15 years ago I had surgery for carpal tunnel; they also removed the pisiform bone from my wrist and relocated my ulnar nerve. None of it helped a damn bit. I'd been warned about the surgeon who did it. I wish I had taken head.

I have pain in my wrist, hand and elbow. I would like to keep going for another year or two but I'm not sure if I will be able to.
Have you tried acupuncture? Wife "needed surgery" for carpal tunnel - 3 visits to the pin doctor and good as new - 15 years ago now....
Guy at work had hip issue through hauling patio slabs over a weekend - back and fro to a chiropractor for 5 or 6 weeks click click 100 bucks see you next week and i was pissed off of him half day Wednesdaying as we were really busy - he finally listened to try the pin-doctor and gave it 3 goes and it sorted him too.
When a chiropractor nearly paralysed me, it was literally a long road (walking 10km a day) to get some normality but when i had to return to the UK last year I did 3 visits to the acupuncturist that sorted my wife and my back is noticeably better now.
Bloody clever these Chinese.... :sofa:

I hurt my back about 40 years ago. I didn't know it at the time, but I had dislocated my SI joint (sacroiliac). I've been to doctors and chiropractors and none of them helped. About 10 years ago I started seeing a different chiropractor. She helped some but still didn't solve the problem. Eventually, her younger brother and sister joined her practice and her younger sister started treating me. She started her own practice in a small town about 5 minutes outside the city. On my first visit, she put me on a "drop" table. This allowed her to use enough pressure to pop the joint back in place. When she asked if I was ready, I knew something was up. She popped it back in place and oh my god it hurt like a motherfucker. But, my back has been healing since then and I'm about 80% pain free, in my back. Unfortunately, my back being screwed up for so long caused hip issues that I've been dealing with.

Interestingly, the older sister is a trained acupuncturist. Been to China and everything. I think I will talk to her about my arm. Since it seems to be nerve related acupuncture sounds like a good idea.

Glad she sorted you.
For years, if i sneezed hard, i'd get an instant migraine.... Wife had a gutfull and booked me to the Docs who then transferred me to the osteopath.
She said shirt off stand up, then stood behind me and asked if i'd ever broken my collarbone.
I hadn't and sat thinking, while she gently (her words but yeh pain like a MF) manipulated the muscle apart to get my neck back where it apparently should be.
It took 3 visits and that was back in 2015 and she fixed me perfectly. When you have a good one, they're worth their weight in gold.
As for how i did it - I'm sure it was a national enduro - deep sand special test on the 125 flat in 5th and got crossed up and went over the bars landing on the side of my head and top of shoulder.
I got back up kicked the bars straight and it only cost me 30seconds LoL - that was 1996 so i had out of place neck without knowing, for nearly 20 years
