The rapid test don't tell you which variant you have so I can only assume and seeing how fast it came on, I feel safe assuming that it's the new variant.

When you get hospitalized I think they do more extensive tests.

Scary if true. However, thinking about that premise that everyone that took the mRNA vaccine is going die in the next 6mo to 5 years as he stated, the major support for the vaccines have been from liberals and the major opposition have been from conservatives.

Just sayin..... You have to look for the silver lining in every storm cloud.

crackpot!!  He said 80% of the women who have taken the shot had miscarriages in the first trimester.  I know of 4 pregnant women who have had the shot.  all of them are doing fine.  statistically, 3 of them should have had miscarriages.  He said that millions have already died from blood clots from the shot.  I am just going to go out on a limb and say, no country that had those stats would force their military to get vaccinated if that were true.  I am also going to go out on a limb and say that politicians pushing their own constituents to get vaccinated (ie unions, college age kids) would want that to happen. I'm just trying to appeal to reason.

I'm just going to add this.  One of our CNC operators here, lost his best friend 2 weeks ago.  He and his wife, believed this stuff. He told our operator, that he was going to die from getting that shot and that he personally would never get it.  He had covid for a week and steadily declined. finally on a saturday, his wife realizing that he was going downhill took him to the ER.  by Sunday afternoon he was dead. he was 60 years old and he was otherwise healthy. These conspiracy theories are getting people killed.  I have another former co-worker in the hospital right now.  it looks like he is going to pull through but it was pretty sketchy for a few days. He has been posting the same stuff on his FB page all year.  He still even after almost dying, believes that he is right about not taking the vaccine.
