Dude, I'm not going to rail this thread down the rabbithole of why Kirk is about as disingenuous as Fucker Carlson.  Honest debate, HA!  Just a polemic skin sac lathering in rage-/click-bait.

I'd way rather tell another story about cops in bars.
Dude goes to the bathroom.  Someone takes his seat to sit down next to his brother at the bar.  Dude comes back, "You're in my seat."  "There's an empty one right next to this one, do you mind scooting down one so I can sit next to my brother instead of us talking over you?"  Grumbles, takes the empty stool.  Starts mumbling.  Guy that sat down asks "What?"  Dude says "I'm going to stab you."  "What"  "I'm gonna stab you."  "Whatever man, it's just a barstool. You can't be serious."  Dude keeps mumbling.  Dude stabs guy.
My attention is drawn by the thump as guy takes dude to the floor.  I run over, and his brother's telling him to stop.  I yell "Stop!"  (I am acquaintance with the brothers from seeing them around the neighborhood - I don't know the other dude.)  "He's got a knife!" as he's holding down the one wrist and elbow rising and fist falling like a blacksmith's power hammer, bouncing dude's head in the threshold of the doorway.  I get the knife.  Brother stops the elbow.  Dude has made a mistake.  Stabbed a guy that was former state golden glove boxing champion, and not that many years ago.
Cops are called.  Dude is stumbling around outside, leaning against the wall, as his one eye is going from kiwi to orange to grapefruit.  Lights flashing up the street and dude starts to try to stumble off.  Brother says hell no! and grabs him by his coat.  Cops immediately want to cuff the stabbed guy.  Brother starts losing it.  I'm telling them they need to arrest the other dude.  Guy tells brother to calm down and let them cuff him, because the cops literally told him they just want to cuff him while they get stuff sorted out, and he's kinda big and it makes them a bit nervous.  (There's like six of them already, and they're scared of one guy who's already been stabbed - do you see a pattern here?)  Of course more cops come and take statements from a few of us, and a couple ambulances come.  Several of us strongly recommend to the cops to send these guys off to different hospitals.
Found out later that they were a couple rooms down from each other on the same floor.  The guy's brother stayed with him for a while as he was being admitted.  Find out that he was lucky.  Stabbed right under the ribs on the side, with like a swiss army style of small knife, maybe 3" blade.  Didn't hit any organs, he's gonna be sore for a couple days.  Has to restrain brother from yelling at the fu?#ing cops when he sees them out in the hallway standing guard at the other dude's door.  And that dude really did pay for his mistake.  Charged with assault, sued for hospital bills, and lost the eye.

It seemed pretty clear the ICE "officer" wanted to shoot somebody. He could have easily moved out of the way and had her arrested later if they were really that concerned about her actions.

Look on any given even slightly left of center website and you can find the issues people had with things Kirk said.
It's not hard, try just even a little bit.

And yes he gave people microphones but he also had a much larger platform where he would expose why XYZ about someone's lifestyle was wrong.
