Where would you rather live?

I'm in Michigan... blue state... we are dead last in handling the coronavirus... the most cases out of all 50 states... still locked down with business and restaurant restrictions... mask mandates with probably 95% compliance... closed schools and mandated bacteria filled masks forced on little kids for 8 hours a day for some that struggle to remain open... and still our foolish, communist governor, communist/democrat, frickin' commie/pinko idiot keeps her boot on the neck of supposedly free citizens... even after the Michigan Supreme Court told her she didn't have the power to do this.

Florida, for instance, a republican led red state, has banned masks on kids, opened schools, opened beaches, opened businesses... and with a recent executive order, has wiped out every former restriction... completely open. Florida is a leader, near the top of all states with the least amount of cases... Florida is promoting freedom and individual responsibility.

South Dakota ( red state ) has never had any mandates to speak of... they embraced liberty over fear from the very beginning... they are number one tourism in the nation right now... no issues with coronavirus to speak of... because if they did... you know damn well the communist, democrat supporting media would be running front page stories making everything sound 100 times worse... but they can't.

So again... I ask... where would you rather live.

RED STATE FOE ME!!!!!

Californians and Washingtonians are flocking to Idaho.  They're going to need more conservative voters so you better hurry.
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

Speed limt massive reductions.
To save more lives...although if that was the case, they'd implement it in the big cities wouldn't they?
500$ fines for speeding...on the spot...some country roads where no one is about, apart from a gestapo with a speed gun, will be 20kph (12mph). What was a 50kph road will be a 30 (30 mph to 18).
Bastardos!

sounds like you moved from the frying pan to the fire

Our youngest has one more year of high school. After that we plan to move south. FL and TX are on the shortlist of states we will consider. TN is also on the list.

TX has too hot summers. You can fry an egg on the sidewalk. FL humid. Hurricanes. If it were me, I'd actually pick TN. Wait, no FL it is (hurricanes be damned).

Tennessee is my home 2 days a week, and my home address.
But I'm in various places - mostly in Florida - 5 days a week.
Win. Win.

Friggin "Cases"
ISMH at them all.

One thing to remember though regarding actual true people who have got "it" and are actually hospitalized with "it", not the BS asymptomatic nonsense, is climate differences.
Sunshine breeze fresh air and warmth is just what the real doctor ordered, which will also be one of the reasons the southern states SHOULD do better.

uh.. India?
